Information I use and why

When you place an order, I process your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, order details, payment status and any phone number needed for delivery. I use this information to fulfil your order, arrange delivery and communicate with you about your purchase. The legal basis is performance of our contract.

I retain information required for bookkeeping and tax purposes to meet legal obligations.

If you contact me, I use your message and contact details to respond. Depending on the enquiry, this is necessary for our contract or based on my legitimate interest in providing customer service and handling enquiries.

Emails about future collections

If you choose to subscribe, I use your email address to send occasional updates about new collections and product releases. The legal basis is your consent.

Subscribing is optional and is not required to buy anything. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting me. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent.

Service providers

The shop is hosted on Wix. Relevant information is shared with service providers as needed to operate the shop, process payments, deliver orders and meet bookkeeping obligations.

The shop is hosted on Wix. Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal or Klarna, depending on the method you choose at checkout. Deliveries are handled by PostNord.

Relevant personal information is shared with these providers as needed to operate the shop, process your payment and deliver your order. Payment and delivery providers may also process information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy policies.

Some providers process information on my behalf; others process certain information under their own legal responsibilities.

International processing

Wix and other providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can contact me for information about applicable safeguards.

How long information is kept

Bookkeeping records are retained for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the relevant financial year ended.

Other order and customer-service information is kept only for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle complaints or resolve legal claims.

Customer-service enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months after they are resolved. Information needed to handle complaints about an order is retained for up to three years after delivery. If a dispute remains ongoing, relevant information is kept until it is resolved and any applicable legal retention period has ended.

Records required for bookkeeping are retained for the legally required period described above. Information retained solely for bookkeeping is not used for marketing.

If you subscribe to updates about future collections, your subscription remains active until you unsubscribe or the mailing list is discontinued. I review the list annually and remove information that is no longer needed.

Subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed, with periodic reviews to remove information no longer needed. If you unsubscribe, marketing stops. Limited information may be retained where necessary to record your withdrawal and prevent further marketing.
