Christmas pre-orders
The Christmas collection is available to pre-order until 15 November 2026. After pre-orders close, I’ll arrange printing with my favourite print shop in Germany, then pack and send your order from Sweden.
Expected arrival is early to mid-December 2026. Delivery estimates depend on the destination; any different estimate will be shown before you order. If production or delivery is delayed, I’ll contact you. Your statutory rights regarding delayed delivery remain unaffected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Shipping is charged separately and displayed before you complete your purchase.
The shop is hosted on Wix. Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal or Klarna, depending on the method you choose at checkout. Deliveries are handled by PostNord.
Relevant personal information is shared with these providers as needed to operate the shop, process your payment and deliver your order. Payment and delivery providers may also process information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy policies.
Available payment methods and payment conditions are shown at checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping
I ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges depend on the destination and order weight.

Please contact me before ordering if your destination or parcel weight is not supported at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient where applicable. These are separate from the shop’s shipping charges.
Changing your mind
ou have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. This also applies to pre-orders of the standard designs in this shop.
To withdraw, email lilly@lillyriemer.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, identifying your order. You may also use the standard withdrawal form or the shop’s online withdrawal function.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying me, to the business address above. You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns.
For withdrawal from the whole order, I’ll refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. I may withhold the refund until I receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged or faulty goods
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email lilly@lillyriemer.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available.
Under Swedish consumer law, you can complain about original defects for three years after delivery. Please report a defect within a reasonable time after discovering it; reporting it within two months is always considered timely.
Valid claims are handled without cost to you, including necessary return shipping, with repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as required by law

You can also submit an eligible dispute to Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), at www.arn.se.
These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
